Kevin Has a Dream was born from the need to create a simple, wholesome zine for an event. I wanted to create a “public service metaphor” for other people who, like me, were feeling burnt out at the time, but in a way that sparks joy to the viewer. The final product was an 8-fold A6 zine that, even if unfolded, had a continuous string drawn across its pages. It talks about the creative burnout one could feel by continuously working on a task, and gives a PSA to them to take rest, persevere, and celebrate
their wins.
